EAGLE WINGS

A $200.00 reservation fee/deposit is required to reserve and secure the Client's wedding date with Eagle Wings. After this Agreement is submitted, Eagle Wings will email the Client an invoice for the $200.00 deposit. The wedding date will not be reserved until the deposit invoice has been paid in full.

The $200.00 reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once received, the reservation fee will not be refunded if the Client cancels the wedding, cancels Eagle Wings' services, changes photographers or videographers, or otherwise decides not to proceed with the contracted services.

The reservation fee compensates Eagle Wings for reserving the date exclusively for the Client, administrative and preparation time, and the potential loss of other business for the reserved date.

The reservation fee is not an additional charge. It will be credited toward the Client's Total Contract Price and deducted from the remaining balance.

If Eagle Wings cancels the engagement and is unable to provide the contracted services or an acceptable replacement arrangement, the $200.00 reservation fee will be refunded to the Client.

The remaining balance is due in full no later than the end of the wedding day, before Eagle Wings concludes its scheduled coverage and departs the wedding or reception venue.

Additional services, products, or extended coverage time requested on the wedding day may result in additional charges, which are also due by the end of the wedding day.

If the Client cancels the wedding or Eagle Wings' services, the $200.00 reservation fee is non-refundable.

If the wedding is rescheduled, Eagle Wings will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. Availability on the new date is not guaranteed.

If Eagle Wings is available, amounts already paid may be transferred to the rescheduled date, subject to any pricing changes or additional expenses agreed to in writing.

If Eagle Wings is unavailable for the rescheduled date, the rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, and the reservation fee will remain non-refundable.

Eagle Wings will professionally edit and deliver the final images and/or video according to the selected package.

Unedited or RAW files are not included unless specifically stated in the selected package or agreed to separately in writing.

By submitting this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Wedding Photography & Videography Agreement, including the package selection, add-ons, pricing, payment requirements, and cancellation terms.
